In fact, with this app, you can have access to a world of possibilities.
And we will reveal to you most of them so you can take full advantage of them.
- Register to access to the first Smart Water Ecosystem in Mexico.
To access all the features and services, register in Alxedo App using your email. And then, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Edit your profile
Go to “My Profile” and click on the top right, where you can edit the name and password and add your billing address.
3. Purifiers section
In this section, you can add or replace your purifiers.
4. Know about the purity of your Alxedo water
It could be in the “Alxedo map” or the section “My Purifiers”, where you choose your purifier, and you could verify the quality of the water in total dissolved solids (TDS) units.
5. Personal Metrics
In this section, you can check the following:
- Total water consumption.
- CO2 savings and plastic in kilograms.
- The savings are in Mexican pesos based on the average cost of bottled water in the market, less than the expense of the public water supply used for your equipment.
- The quality of the public water supply in TDS units.
6. The lifespan of your cartridges
We commit ourselves that you have the best quality drinking water service.
When you select one of your purifiers, you can check the lifespan percentage of your cartridges and the estimated date when your cartridge needs to be replaced.

7. Business with Alxedo purification.
On the map, you will find different business affiliated with Alxedo, distinguished with a blue mark. When you click, you will see:
- Name of the store
- Address
- Google score
You will have the option of using your favorite searcher when you click “Get Directions”.
8. Customer Service.
You will find the answer to all your frequent questions in the FAQ section.
For non-included questions, select “Contact” and leave us a message, and our customer service team will attend to you.
